VERTEX GmbH was founded on 27 February 2020 and is registered at the Krefeld local court under HRB 17755. Our office is at Bogenstraße 15 in Krefeld, in the middle of the Rhine-Ruhr industrial region, within reach of the Lower Rhine chemical parks, the steel industry of the Ruhr and the ports of Duisburg and Antwerp.
Enquiries are answered by people who have read the specification. If the question is which pump fits an existing line, or which detector belongs in a Zone 1 installation with hydrogen sulphide, you get an answer to that question — with the reasoning and the lead time, before anyone talks about price.

No. VERTEX GmbH is an independent company registered in Krefeld, Germany, in 2020 under HRB 17755 at the Krefeld local court. Honeywell Vertex is a product name of Honeywell International Inc. We distribute and service that product line, among others, but the two names refer to a supplier and a product, not to one organisation.
That is a large part of our daily work. We identify the part from drawings, type plates or a sample, source the original or a technically equivalent replacement, and document what was substituted so that the plant documentation stays correct.
