Gas detection projects fail in predictable places: the wrong measuring point, a detector that suits the gas but not the zone classification, a controller that cannot be connected to the existing control system, or a calibration routine that nobody budgeted. We approach the equipment selection from the process and the risk assessment, and we quote the service life of the installation together with the hardware.

We are an authorised distributor for Honeywell gas detection and we deliver the engineering around it: detector placement and measuring point concept, installation and commissioning, calibration and bump testing, spare parts, retrofit of existing systems and operator training. Most suppliers in the German market sell the instrument only; the installation and the service contract are then someone else’s problem.
Portable detection protects the individual: the person carries a single-gas or multi-gas instrument, or a transportable area monitor is placed at the work site. Fixed detection protects the plant: detectors are permanently installed at the points where a leak is expected and are wired to a controller and the plant control system. High tech systems are used where the substances are toxic at parts-per-billion level, for example in semiconductor manufacturing and specialty gas handling, and they sample the air continuously through tubing from many points to a central analyser.
Usually yes, and it is one of our regular tasks. We survey what is installed, check which detectors and controllers are still supported, and propose a route: replacing sensors or transmitters while keeping the cabling, migrating to a current controller generation, or adding measuring points. The result is a written concept with the equipment list and the effect on the existing approval documentation.
Yes. Calibration, bump testing and maintenance are offered as a service for Honeywell equipment regardless of where it was originally purchased. Tell us the device types and quantities and we will propose an interval and a documentation routine.
